Advanced copy of Property Tax Commission Report
June 2, 2008 - TREND has received a copy of the Governor's Property Tax Commission report due out tomorrow.
In it the commission recommends a circuit-breaker and a levy cap of 4% or 120 of CPI. The report goes on to list to recommendations for dealing with unfunded mandates and highlights areas to be studied for cost reduction.
